Our Strategy

Institutional-Grade Caprine Exposure

Through proprietary goat-yield modelling, on-the-ground pastoral due diligence, and deep relationships with Japan's leading caprine operators, we originate, structure, and distribute tranched securities backed by the most robust ruminant cash flows in the Asia-Pacific region.

01
Origination & Due Diligence
Our field analysts inspect every farm, evaluate herd genetics, pasture quality, and regional milk-price dynamics. Only the top 8% of Japanese goat operations meet our collateral standards.
02
Structuring & Tranching
Cash flows are pooled into Special Purpose Vehicles and sliced into AAA senior, AA mezzanine, and equity tranches. Each tranche is stress-tested against 47 caprine-specific risk scenarios.
03
Distribution & Servicing
We place tranches with sovereign wealth funds, pension schemes, and family offices. Ongoing servicing includes quarterly herd audits, veterinary compliance monitoring, and pasture rotation oversight.
Our Founder

From a Yorkshire Dale
to the World

Long before the AAA tranches and the offices in Tokyo, there was a boy in the Yorkshire dales who loved one thing above all else: goats. This is the improbable, entirely true story of how Moe Manson turned that love into the world's pre-eminent caprine securitisation house.

Chapter One · The Dales

A boy and his first goat

It began in a draughty barn outside the dale, with a newborn goat that simply would not leave his side. While other lads chased footballs, Moe pored over milk-yield tables by torchlight and dreamed, improbably and stubbornly, of the lush pastures of rural Japan.

Chapter Two · Bigger Pastures

Outgrowing the dale

By his teens he owned a proper suit and a single, immaculate goat. The dale was no longer large enough for the ambition. If goats could be loved, Moe reasoned, surely they could be structured, tranched and rated. And the very finest grazed half a world away.

Chapter Three · The Party Years

Always the goat of the party

University, loosely defined. While everyone else came dressed as anything but, Moe arrived to every party as a goat: hand-built cardboard, marker-pen branding, and not a word of explanation. Flanking him were Sam and Cavner, the loyal wingmen who assumed it was a phase. They would catch him gazing into the middle distance, muttering about yield curves and pasture. Today the pair run Investment and Distribution. The cardboard, it turns out, was a pitch deck.

Chapter Four · Hands on the Herd

Built by hand, goat by goat

Today he stewards ¥847 billion of caprine assets, yet you are still as likely to find him knee-deep in a paddock with a goat under each arm. Every farm in the portfolio has felt the founder's handshake. Most of the goats have, too.

Chapter Five · Chasing the Horizon

The dream, afloat

From a single rucksack to a fleet of farms across the Japanese archipelago, the dream he carried out of Yorkshire now drifts wherever the water takes it, first mate always aboard. The boy who left the dale never once stopped chasing the horizon.
